ORDERING 

     Every candle is hand-poured to order so that we can guarantee that our product is fresh.  With that in mind, our goal is to ship your order within 10 business days.  Orders may be placed by using the shopping cart on this website and orders can be placed over the phone by contacting us at (256) 764-8099.

SHIPPING

     Once an order is placed, it will be confirmed within one business day.  Our typical orders are shipped within 10 business days. Rates for shipping are calculated based on the weight of your package, your location and the speed of delivery.

SECURITY

     Scent-Sations Candles & Gifts, LLC is committed to the complete privacy and security of your personal information.  Scent-Sations utilizes a number of encryption and security devices to make your online shopping experience a safe and happy one.  All of your personally identifiable data is private and is never shared with or bought by any outside organization.  The information collected about you when an order is placed through the shopping cart is used to process your order and nothing else.

PAYMENT

     Payment for orders can be accomplished by using VISA, MASTERCARD or DISCOVER.  We are not able to accept checks or money orders at this time.  Your credit card will be charged at the time the order is shipped.  Any back-orders are charged at the time of shipping.

RETURNS

     We value your patronage and are truly committed to your satisfation.  If there is a need to return an item due to damage or dissatisfaction, we request that be done within 7 days.  These items must be returned unlit and in their original packaging.  Damaged items will be replaced with an identical product.  Your money will be refunded for items returned due to dissatisfaction.  Please send your return package via UPS insured.  Insurance protects you in case the items are damaged or lost in transit.  Carefully package the items in the original shipping box or any suitable shipping carton using plenty of padding material to protect the product(s) and include a copy of your invoice.  Items must be received in new/resalable condition for a refund.  Return postage is not refundable.  We cannot accept returns sent C.O. D.
